• Coaching for Women in Midlife

  • Onward! It’s time to write the next chapter.

  • Midlife is an especially tricky time of life for women.

It is a time of profound transition, where we find new aspects of ourselves emerging. It is a time of deep change that includes changes in:

    • family structure
    • relationships
    • career
    • sexuality

Our children become more independent or leave home entirely, retirement is pending or we are feeling the need for a change in career, or a desire to live out unmet dreams. Our bodies are changing as we age and we experience changes in libido and metabolism.

All women, everywhere, begin to experience the symptoms of peri-menopause, menopause or post-menopause. This can mean a host of physical, mental and emotional shifts.

Our primary identities begin to undergo a transformation, and we are often unsure what is emerging – we are letting go of youth and the familiar aspects of self and family as we enter the ‘new’.  This can be an extraordinarily powerful time of life, and it can also be extremely challenging.

Along with challenge comes opportunity. It is time for you to take charge and write the next chapter of your amazing life. You can be fully at choice about what unfolds. Embrace your passions, rediscover your creativity, unleash your fierce wisdom.

You are not in it alone. We are 100% committed to supporting you to be fully engaged in a powerful way in skilfully and lovingly navigating this period of life. We’d love to work with you.

We offer 1:1 Personal Coaching and Couples Coaching. We also work with family systems. This time of life creates unique demands on you and your primary relationships.

We specialize in process-oriented and systems coaching that honours and respects where you are, helps you access the wisdom of disturbance, and is aimed at deepening personal awareness and forwarding positive action.
